[c-nsp] Terminal Server menu system config

My 2511 died some time back (PSU failed I think) but I was wondering if
one could point a static route (/32) at an Async line and redistribute
that into the IGP. Then you could write a simple bash wrapper around
telnet to connect you to that specific IP. The only thing I don't know
is if you'd be able to connect to it on tcp/23 or if you'd also have to
use the assigned rotary port in the 2000 range. I suppose it's possible
to use PBR to redirect tcp/23 on a specific IP to a specific local 2000
port if needed. Or you could just write a wrapper around telnet to use
Lo0 and the assigned rotary port. You might test it both ways to see if
one works.
