Get a sniffer trace or debug arp.
We refresh every 3 hrs 59 min unless you have tuned the
arp timeout value.
That is a unicast arp to each arp entry and it resets the timer.
Nothing to worry about.
If you are losing the arps for some other reason a sniffer trace
is the way to go.
