[c-nsp] I need help. Cisco Etherswitch PoE Module Not Powering IP Phones

What hardware are you using.   From this display it looks like no power 
is available from the device

If this is on a Catalyst 4000 for instance even if the blade has PoE you 
need a separate power shelf to actually
supply the PoE it does not take power from the system supply.
