Do a 'show power inline' from the router, you should see the following:

PowerSupply   SlotNum.   Maximum   Allocated       Status
-----------   --------   -------   ---------       ------
INT-PS           0       240.000    24.400         PS GOOD
Interface   Config   Device    Powered    PowerAllocated
---------   ------   ------    -------    -------------- 
Gi1/0       auto     Unknown  On        24.400 Watts 

Big beef; if you do not have a module that uses inline power, there is
no way to determine whether you have an AC-IP power supply (the show
command isn't available).

Next big item, undocumented and took the TAC over an hour to figure out,
you must permit VLAN 1 (and I think CDP?) on the trunk to the internal
switch for power to work.
