If you're already using the AC-IP supply, it is supposed to work as  
per http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/routers/ps5855/product_data_sheet0900aecd8028d15f.html#wp9000133

Does the module actually function as a switch - is it just PoE not  
working?
