PA-MC-T3 in a 7206 supports MLPPP just fine. What it doesn't allow is
bonding of multiple individual T1s into single >T1 serial interfaces.
You can also do per-packet cef load sharing, but if there's any VOIP going
over the circuits, MLPPP is prefered.
