Sounds like a local config problem with your snmp libs on your NMS is 
leading you astray. That OID actually lives here:

 	enterprises.cisco.ciscoMgmt.ciscoEnvMonMIB

Whereas the module you seek is parked elsewhere:

 	enterprises.ucdavis.ucdExperimental.lmSensors
