[c-nsp] DOM for 6724, could it be??

Running 12.2.33SXH1 with SFP-GE-S style SFPs.  Module 1 is a 6724.

show int transceiver
Transceiver monitoring is disabled for all interfaces.

If device is externally calibrated, only calibrated values are printed.
++ : high alarm, +  : high warning, -  : low warning, -- : low alarm.
NA or N/A: not applicable, Tx: transmit, Rx: receive.
mA: milliamperes, dBm: decibels (milliwatts).

The release notes mention Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) Phase 2 as a 
new feature.  Is DOM now officially supported on the 6724??
