[c-nsp] DOM for 6724, could it be??

Weird, I got our SE find out this, and answer was the LAN blades
don't have hardware to read he higher addresses where this data is.

If this really is true, and I got misinformation back from cisco,
now only what I need is LAN card  refresh that'll do 10/100/1000
on copper SFP's.
