You're probably using a "fake" SFP.


What does "show errdisable recovery" show?
You can try a combination of the following, but i'm not sure if they'll help you.

service unsupported-transceiver
no errdisable detect cause gbic-invalid


Check the ios version too, below:

Also, subinterfaces are not supported on these L2/L3 switches. You can probably use SVIs instead.
