Hi,

What state the section related to ISIS with the command "show ip 
protocols" output ?

By default, NSF is disabled. It seems like the output of the "show 
isis adjacency" display if the ISIS neighbors are "NSF capable or not".

Maybe, just try to enable NSF and re-check the "show ip protocols" output.
