[c-nsp] supervisor reload trap/log

Although i haven't tested them, you can try these two:

snmp-server enable traps chassis
snmp-server enable traps module

Keep in mind that you can use "snmp-server enable traps syslog" to get ALL syslog messages as snmp traps.
