Isn't the RSP720 strictly 7600? Seems OP uses a Cat6500. And it
introduces newer and thus potentially more buggy elements, the PFC3C and
MSFC4, compared to a "plain vanilla" SUP720/PFC3B/MSFC3. (Not that these
aren't buggy sometimes... :-))
