[c-nsp] CSS strange behaviour.... Or is it just my config [7:132492]

telnet (xinetd/tcpd) usually does a DNS lookup as well.

As I said: run tcpdump/wireshark to see what sort of outbound connection
your machines do.

The CSS doesn't need the group section for itself.
