The spec sheet does say 18V minimum. However, you could use one of the 
magic devices people buy so they can use their 18-24V accessories in 
their 12V motor cars.

Total output load by Cisco's spec sheet is 23W maximum, which is just 
under an Amp at 24V.

Hence this regulated 2.5A model would be plenty sufficient to make it 
work from 12V.
