Short answer: Yes

Long Answer: May depend on your HW (both Router and CF cards) - For
several 3825 and 7200 NPE-G1 I've bought some (more or less) no-name
(they're called "extreMEmory") 1GB cards, they seem to work just fine ...

With the low prices they usually go for, just get one or two, plug 'em
in and see if they work for you ... fill 'em up, boot a couple times,
and see if the IOS loads ... it has checksums, so if there's a problem,
it should notice it during boot ...
