It is a bit dangerous. I have seen invalid runing config output
while parser cache enabled on RSP720 under SRC. It is really
hard to troubleshote such problem. I spend a lot of time...
Then just turn cache off and don't touch the TAC.

AFAIR, issue related to channel members auto-configuration
while configure PAgP parent interface. Or something similar
around missing cache invalidation.
