Hello Chris,

Before deployment you have to consider certain point:


   - What flavour of DSL you will be using either ADSL2, ADSL2+ or VDSL.
   They have different reach and different bandwidth capacity.
   - What will be used for backhauling the DSLAM to CO.
   - Will it be internet-TV or IPTV? if IPTV than it will be multicast over
   the network. (I persume it is IPTV)
   - How many HD and SD channel you are planning to put on the network? HD
   takes approx 8mbps and SD approx 2mbps.

DSL can be used for such type of services and in normal copper condition
(but you have to test) it will provide the desired services.
