[c-nsp] Easy way to configure/build new switches?

It would be fairly trivial to write a php/perl script to build a
config, based on your template and questions about settings.  Even
make it into a skeleton webpage if you dont like the CLI.  Then store
the output into a tftp dir.

Go into the switch, give it an IP.  copy tftp://x.x.x.x/filename.txt
startup-config

reload.
