[c-nsp] QoS Lab Recommendations

Hi All,
 
I'm looking for some QoS hands on labs to try out - does any body have
any recommendations or reference material I can use? I've got all the
hardware to pretty much set up any lab I want. 
 
Is there a way or some program I can use to create (simulate) congestion
on a link in a lab set up?
