[c-nsp] VPN over WiMAX

hey all 

i have 2 CPEs and 2 trendnet routers
im trying to establish ipsec vpn but i cannot 

the setup is like below:

PC (172.16.5.2) connected to router (172.16.5.1) (172.16.0.101) connected to CPE (172.16.0.138) connected to internet (x.x.x.x)
PC (192.168.10.2) connected to router (192.168.10.1) (10.0.0.100) connected to CPE (10.0.0.138) connected to internet (y.y.y.y)

we connected the 2 routers to our LAN with defferent subnets and it worked fine

can anyone help ??
