Have you taken a look at http://jarok.cs.ohiou.edu/software/tcptrace/ ?

It can handle multiple flows and outputs quite a lot of interesting 
aggregate data. Though, AFAIK it needs the pcap file (as opposed to 
reporting about the traffic realtime).
