[c-nsp] best PE-CE protocol

What kind of boxes are you using for PE? How many VRFs do you have on
the box? What code is running?

There are limits to the number of OSPF processes (at least on some
platforms and code), so I tend to prefer eBGP, but OSPF has its
obvious advantages.
