[c-nsp] USB Insertion/Removal Causes Reboot

Has anyone seen an issue with a NPE-G2 where insertion or removal of a USB flashdrive causes the router to crash and reboot?

This happened to one of our routers earlier today. 

Cisco IOS Software, 7200 Software (C7200P-IPBASEK9-M), Version 12.4(24)T1, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc3)

A bit scary that a flashdrive could bring down the router.
