[c-nsp] instabilities with SXI2?

TAC was pretty responsive, they have identified this as CSCtb27643. It happens in SXI2, both modular and monolithic, and whether in VSS or not, just when DFCs are in place. The ddts is not public so ask your local team.

We're running SXI2 modular on 4 VSS at a customer. Not that much long (still a pilot phase), but have managed to experience multiple VSS switchovers and spontaneous Sup720-10GE crashes. There seems to be a pattern in some of them, but not much to conclude as of yet. Hoping for TAC to reply soon.

Nothing special on the boxes - L2 aggregation with multichassis etherchannels, L3 on SVIs, VRFs, some RSTP and OSPF, little BGP.
