I've been having some issues with BGP peers dropping/flapping and tried to come up with a little EEM applet that would not only down a peer based on syslog entries but bring it back up.

The bringing down part is easy and tested to work great.  But I'm having a hard time with the bringing up part.

Essentially I want to say, after x minutes, no shut the peer if you see the shut/BGP peer down/another arbitary message in the syslog.

Any ideas?  EEM 2.2 and/or 3.0 are fine.  Thanks!
