[c-nsp] how to clear the counters of the policy-map under the control-plane

Any idea how to clear the counters of the policy-map under the control-plane on a 7200 (31SB12)?

I have tried all of the following, but nothing works.

clear control-plane
clear control-plane *
clear counters
