[c-nsp] setting up QoS on DSL based on src ip?

Hi,

I have a 1700 running 12.4 with a DSL interface on it.

I would like to give priority to one box behind it for all connections its
trying to make/accept, I'm not entirely bothered about bandwidth its just
more the latency side of things as it harms the applications that run on it
if latency gets high.

Could someone give me a brief overview on how to set it up?
