Actually, NTT/Verio have had IPv6 available, as in "commercially available
and fully supported" for a number of years.

We're mandating full IPv6 support as part of all upstream procurements,
and this has been quite effective :-) - (and it turns away Cogent and L3 
salespeople, which is a nice side effect).
