[c-nsp] DMVPN and OSPF

I have an 877W running 12.4(15)T6 doing the same OSPF over DMVPN and
I've never had that problem. According to the flash timestamp I've had
it at that version since Sep 9 2008. My DMVPN hub is a 2620XM running
12.4(10a).
