[c-nsp] RTL-8139 NIC in WS-X6348-RJ-45 - no link

Hello,

I have some very strange problem. 
I have 2 old servers that I still need to support that have RTL-8139 NIC on-board.
For some reason if I connect them to WS-X6348-RJ-45 in 6500 the link doesn't come up whatever I do.
If I connect them to another switch - I tried 3500XL and 8500 - then everything OK and link 
comes up as it should.
Is anyone aware about some kind of incompatibility between Realtek and WS-X6348-RJ-45?
Is there any knob to turn?
