[c-nsp] Cisco 4900M onboard X2 and twingig convertors

The 10GE baseboard ports and the 4 port half cards do not support the TwinGig converter. Only 8 port half cards can support the TwinGig converter.

Check under Table 2.
This will show the Ports Using Cisco TwinGig Converter Module.

We started using media converters for fiber links as I did not want to waste a slot with the expensive 8port half card module.
