[c-nsp] Reload without confirmation

In the past I used snmp dto do this, you need to enable
snmp-server system-shutdown 
Before it is possible, and it is not possible on all platforms, but is it takes this command it should work
I don't have the mib handy , but can dig for it if you can't find it
