[c-nsp] strange message at boot "Can't insert config node for vrf=default"

So if I understand everything correctly, it is a cosmetic bug during the
boot.
I will notify it to Cisco.
It shouldn't be related with my previous config since I don't have any
command related with "node", "vrf" or similar words related with the
message -I think-.
