[c-nsp] Resetting an RSM password/config

Connect to the female DB-25 on the RSM itself and send the BREAK sequence 
(with Minicom under Linux, for instance, this is CTRL-A F or ALT-F, depending 
on version and console) right after you see the ROMMON banner.
