Would a L2TP tunnel be appropriate here? If the customers want to use
VTP and you want to use VTP (why is anyone's guess!) but not mix them
then the only way I know of doing this would be a L2TP tunnel so that
you ignore their VTP messages and tunnel them to the far side.
