Hi Jeff,
I've tested both PBR & VRF on a 3550 with extended match routing SDM. It works, but adding VRF's when using PBR forced it to use software/CPU instead of hardware/ASIC forwarding.
This caused max PBR + VRF throughput to be just over 30Mbps with 100% CPU.
Don't know about the higher end platforms you've mentioned.
