Hello!

  Could anybody explain me how exactly IOS choise which module to
disable if system run in combined power mode and one of power inputs
failed?

However, if one power supply fails and there is not enough power
for all of the previously powered-up modules, the system powers
down those modules. 



  Could I do some pre-configuration to point IOS to modules "less
critical" for me?
