[c-nsp] Cisco PIX Boot Error

Hello Dears,
I'm facing a problem with Cisco PIX 515E, when I do reload on it it goes to the Monitor Mode although there is an image file in the flash memory.
and the Boot Variable pointing to it.
also when I do upload new Image by TFTP it's working but when I reload it, same Issue (Monitor Mode)
please help me if u have any idea
