[c-nsp] Crash 7206VXR after changing IP address on interface

Hello, List!
 
Does anyone had the problem with changing IP address on GigabitEthernet interface on 7206VXR (NPE-G1)?
 
We tried to change address on interface twice - the same effect.
It's an Internet address, after changing - router reboots and saves only the crash info.
In crash info :
Cause 00000008 (Code 0x2): TLB (load or instruction fetch) exception.

Software Version 12.2(31)SB11.
