not really - although to stop ambiguity they now start the
question with something akin to 'assuming classless addressing is in use....'

the main ting is when you see people with CCNP/CCIE who have 
not much real time spent in the field - only with years of
real world experience can you state how things really happen.
in the real world you have to interoperate with other vendors
kit - turn off some of the driving aids as it were - and deal
with IOS issues...oh, and users! ;-)
