I tried the ip dhcp smart-rely command but it didn't work. i did try it with
the ip helper-address and w/o both setups did not work. Every other vlan int
is pulling DHCP...they also have primary and secondary addresses assigned to
them. It is just the server vlan that is not pulling DHCP.
