[c-nsp] router boots into ROMMON

Well... I've seen the same problem in the past. The problem is that the ROMMON is not in sync with the config file. Try set the config register using the ROMMON as the ROMMON might have a setting denying it to use the config register in config file.

Config register looks fine. Most obvious thing would be that the bin
file doesn't exist.
What does "dir sup-bootdisk:c7600s72033-ipservices-mz.122-33.SRD.bin"
return? Does the file exist?
