Yeah. I really wish this had gone under a new part number (WS-X6724A-SFP?). It
hasn't happened yet, but I dread having to RMA one of our HW rev >= 3.0 cards.

Does anyone know if RMA requests can specify minimum hardware rev's?

With regards to bogus values, I was going to illustrate some brokenness with
null thresholds from some DOM devices (at least one batch of Cisco X2's), but
it looks like this got fixed between SXH and SXI.
