You don't want that.  Don't ever run a "T" train if you don't have to.

"T" is for "Terror" and "Tears"...

To get the same features you have in 12.3T, run 12.4 mainstream (no letters),
which is up at 12.4(25) or so by now - that is: 25 subreleases that did
nothing but fix bugs in 12.4(1), which inherited all the bugs of 12.3T
