[c-nsp] Monitoring Techniques ahead of mls rate-limiting

Hello,

I want to monitor ipv4 multicast and layer2 pdu counters on a Catalyst 6509 Sup32 running 12.2(17r)SX3, in order to set sensible thresholds for the following special case hardware based rate-limiters;

# mls rate-limit multicast ipv4 connected  (Pkts/sec)
# mls rate-limit layer 2 pdu  (Pkts/sec)

I also want to monitor ARP hitting MSFC ahead of applying QoS as follows;

# mls qos protocol arp police (Bits/sec)

Can anyone give me any pointers as to how I can access the specific counters that the rate-limiter and policer threshold will be measured against before dropping packets/bits?
