[c-nsp] Multiple power supply failures. Advise needed

One other thing you should check.

I'll never forget being the first customer at the 3080 Raymond facility in 
Santa Clara and coming in one day to find my gear down and sitting in about 
2 inches of water.  The cleaning folks were spraying all sorts of fluids and 
cleaning products on the floors and sucking them up again but not realizing 
that fluids pool.;)  Personally, my bet is on some sort of work / 
maintenance the provider is conducting that's being done baddly or with out 
consideration for effects like metal dust or water.
