[c-nsp] "Enhanced" download procedure - better workaround, for some :)

Stig,

I ran into a little trouble with your script at first, I was going to download now, rather than the cart and it wasn't matching the page.  I changed the included page to http://tools.cisco.com/support/downloads/go/DownloadCart.x* and now it matches for both download now and add to cart -> select Download Cart.

Thanks a lot for incorporating Bruce's javascript into your scripts, works great.

I then chose to make a greasemonkey-script to use this info (in a somewhat similar way to what Bruce A. Locke did in his little javascript) and present it on the downloadcart-page itself.
