[c-nsp] maximum configurable static NATs on a 7200/NPE-G2...

Just be careful....I don't remember all the details but even with static 
nat configurations we will create extended flow entries.
You can disable it with "no ip nat service create-flow" I think it is.

There were some performance reasons they are created but at the expense 
of using more memory.
