You seem to have missed the default per-flow load-balancing method, as
described in
https://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/ios/ios_xe/lanswitch/configuration/guid
e/lsw_cfg_flwload_xe.html. So by default both the ASR1k and the 7600
balance the load on a per-flow basis.
